What we do

Alan Axelrod

Alan Axelrod has over 25 years’ experience as a Manager of Information Systems, Systems Administrator, Help Desk Management and field service technician manager. His experience has led him to work with bio-tech firms, law offices, cardiac care facilities and a number of IT Consulting companies. It has also led to many relationships with different vendors of IT services, including VOIP, server and workstation hardware, firewall, switch and router vendors and a multitude of others. Alan used his experience to start his own company in 1992, Ferrod Associates, where he further developed his IT experiences, including setup and management of Exchange mail systems, SonicWALL Firewalls (where he also received certification from Dell,) and the networks to support them.

Jason Sheets

Jason Sheets has 20+ years experience with servers and workstations, starting with Windows 3.1 and a 9600 baud modem in 1994. He built his first computer in ’96 and hasn’t had a store bought desktop since. He started his business months after, building computers for others, and troubleshooting. I started with servers with the release of Windows NT4 and worked with continuing versions after, Server 2000, 2003, 2008 and so forth, currently working with Server 2016. He has worked with all versions of Windows desktop versions since Windows 3.1. 95 all the way to Windows 10. Server hardware was easily integrated into his experience as they were just extensions of desktops. He has worked with many forms of server hardware from desktop models to rackmounts. He first became active with cloud environments 6 years ago with AWS, then with Azure a couple of years later.
